復溶：

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

產品描述：

The product CSB-EP360556CQR1 is a recombinant DT3C protein. The Gly33-Lys417 encoding the Corynephage beta diphtheria toxin that was linked to the Ile291-Glu497 encoding the Streptococcus sp. group G spg and was fused with an N-terminal 6xHis-tag was expressed in the E.coli. The purity of this recombinant DT3C protein is greater than 90% measured by SDS-PAGE.

DT3C protein consists of a diphtheria toxin (DT) without a receptor binding domain and C1, C2, and C3 (3C) domains of Streptococcus protein. It is mainly used to detect the internalization efficiency of cancer cells to mAb in vitro and then to screen out more effective monoclonal antibodies. DT3C protein can mimic ADC drug function in vitro, and the preparation of the mAb-DT3C complex is relatively simple. DT3C protein can bind to any IgG from various species, such as human, mouse, rabbit, etc., to form mAb-DT3C conjugation, thus further expanding the scope of DT3C as a detection tool for mAb antibody internalization. Compared with Mab-ZAP, the mAb-DT3C conjugate is more stable, with a smaller molecular weight than mAb-Mab-ZAP. And the relevant experimental data show that the internalization efficiency of mAb-DT3C is higher than mAb-Mab-ZAP. According to incomplete statistics, DT3C as a tool to detect the internalization ability of mAb has been used in nearly 130 ADC drug mAb screening patents.
